These homes are designed to provide individuals with a safe and supportive living environment while offering to build a base for future independence.

The Mission works in conjunction with the County and local police departments to identify men and women who are experiencing homelessness.

Once people are placed within our Bridge to Hope program homes, case managers begin the process of working on basic needs and establishing the beginning stages of reentering society. While in the Bridge to Hope program people are introduced to a structured family environment.
